Company founder
He has been dealing with accountancy and examining financial statements for over 40 years. Shortly after graduating from university, he acquired the title of chartered accountant. He is an accountancy and audit lecturer as well as the author or co-author of many articles and books, including Rachunkowość finansowa (Financial Accounting) J. Dudek, Z. Before registering the Office, he managed a team of several dozen chartered auditors as the President of the Management Board. Since 1997 until the establishment of a professional partnership, he conducted his own entity, which was authorized to audit financial statements, rendering a wide range of audit and related services.

Maksymilian Dudek
President of the Management Board
He represents the younger generation of auditors. Since more than 15 years he engaged in audit and tax and business advisory. He has published articles in specialist magazines and taken part in training courses in accountancy, taxes and recording projects co-founded from the EU funds. He speaks English fluently.
Bernadeta Szkorupa
Partner / Auditor
Graduate of the University of Opole - Faculty of Management and the Katowice School of Economics (KSE) - Faculty of Accounting and Finance. She holds an accountant certificate issued by the Minister of Finance No. 921/2003. She is entered into the list of certified auditors under No. 12433. She has ten years of experience as a chief accountant. Since 2008 she has been cooperating with our Law Firm. She has experience in providing comprehensive services to companies in the area of accounting and taxes, as well as auditing financial statements.
Joanna Darzycka
Office Director/Senior Auditor Assistant
A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics - Specialization in Accounting. She holds an accounting certificate (no. 2016/2007) issued by the Minister of Finance. She completed an internship at the Tax Office – Personal Income Tax Department. Since 2004, she has been cooperating with our Law Office. She has experience in financial statement audits and projects co-financed by the European Union as well as in bookkeeping.
In charge of customer service, audit of financial statements, training, and accounting.
