We have the pleasure to introduce Dudek and Partners Statutory Auditors Office, registered in the list of entities entitled to perform financial audits with the number PIBR 3300.

We offer cooperation at the stage of preparatory work and drawing up of the financial statement in the form of advisory and consulting services in respect to questionable issues. In many cases it allows business entities avoid the necessity to prepare a second version of the financial statement as well as possible consequences related to the change in the tax result for the audited financial year. In order to be reliable and effectively completed, the audit of the financial statement requires numerous documents to be collected by the auditor.
Safety of your data is of utmost importance to us, thus since 2018 we have introduced a higher standard of data security. Very often such data used to be sent via e-mail, which entails certain risks of unauthorized interception of data. Virtual Data Room (VDR) is a modern IT solution, thanks to which sensitive data is transmitted via an encrypted connection. Such a platform, in our case provided by the world leader Amazon, enables safe and real-time data exchange among all parties involved in the auditing process. This method of communication ensures secure data transmission and a much safer repository for document storage as compared to physical Data Room. Thanks to permanent access to reports, it is possible to track the activity of individual VDR users. In addition, VDR features permission settings to help you control that only authorized persons have access to data.
To support and broaden the knowledge of your financial and accounting departments, our Law Firm also provides training sessions in accounting and taxation, including annual financial statements.
In 2009 Our Office has became the independent member of PrimeGlobal - An Association of Independent Accounting Firms - the international union of audit-accountancy-consulting companies.
